Here you go, a free book!

Yes, indeed there are free book(s) out there. Just follow this link and download it. It's not just any book either, it's called God's Debris and is written by Scott adams. Scott adams...you know the guy behind Dilbert?!

What's it all about? Sounds really cool, here is the Synopsis:

"Imagine that you meet a very old man who you eventually realize knows literally everything. Imagine that he explains for you the great mysteries of life quantum physics, evolution, God, gravity, light, psychic phenomenon, and probability in a way so simple, so novel, and so compelling that it all fits together and makes perfect sense. What does it feel like to suddenly understand everything? God's Debris isn’t the final answer to the Big Questions. But it might be the most compelling vision of reality you will ever read. The thought experiment is this: Try to figure out what’s wrong with the old man’s explanation of reality. Share the book with your smart friends then discuss it later while enjoying a beverage."

Here's a cool quote from the author:

"If there are no stupid questions, then what kind of questions do stupid people ask? Do they get smart just in time to ask questions?"

I read a few chapters and I can't say if I like it or not. Definately different. It's sort of strange that it would be released for free only a few years after it was published. But then again, Scott Adams is most likely filthy rich from marketing Dilbert.

Perhaps this coincides with the end of the year and the ever growing demand of 2006 Dilbert office calendears.
